The Clayton Containerised Boiler Room is a completely weatherproof system. It’s quick to install and can easily be re-located by crane, if required. Ideal for the small size, high power of the Clayton Steam Generator, all equipment contained in the weatherproof plant room is of the highest quality.
Construction
The container is constructed from heavy duty, waterproof materials. The outer surface of the container is shot blasted and coated with an epoxy paint colour of your choice.
Openings, flooring, brackets and doors can all be customised to suit your needs.

Installation
Clayton weatherproof plant rooms only require connection of services on-site. The Clayton Steam Generator and associated equipment are secured inside the container and the complete system is manufactured by our specialist factory technicians so that high quality is assured. The container includes all internal pre-fabricated pipework, lagging, and wiring of electrical equipment.

A multiple steam generator
Plant Room Solution
Two 400 BHP Clayton steam generators, providing 12 t/h of steam, mounted in a transportable weatherproof container for quick installation. The container has a spacious design and includes all auxiliary equipment, fully factory tested prior to despatch.
